Conflicting opinions are expected to be expressed, and dynamic exchanges are encouraged; however, as noted above, insults and personal attacks are not permitted and will not be tolerated.

DogsPK will then attempt to contact the other individual and secure their written permission to reveal their e-mail address. Failing the receipt of that written permission, no individual's e-mail address will be revealed.
