The Doberman Pinscher as it is affectionately and precisely known as the Dobermann in Germany, may just be an ideal dog for all reasons.He or she manages to fill whatever role is called for; fierce defender, loving companion, blind dog, rescue dog, police dog, therapy dog,-the list goes on.
I got my first Dobermann in 1989, Annabelle Angel born through the breeding of Rajputana Asper and Gypsy Safim.Rajputana Asper was an Indian import and he was already an Indian Champion and had won numerous Best of Breeds (BoB)and all breeds Best in Shows (BIS).He was the son of the famous stud of the 1980’s Yashban Argus of Rajputana.
My bond with my Dobermann and her bond with my family and me grew considerably strong and the dobermann’s willingness to protect my family have always been more than loyalty.
The Dobermann is super-intelligent and loving protector, an athlete extra-ordinaire who needs an outlet for its physical energy.It is a dog that needs intelligent and firm handling right from puppyhood.
My first litter born was not regarded by myself a success and in those days I was not very much into shows and events, but the puppies went quickly to their new homes.
The second litter I bred has still been the greatest success of my kennel Jaycroft. Annabelle Angel was bred back to her sire, R. Asper as he was the only reachable quality stud dog I could find in those days.The resulting litter comprised of 6 puppies out of which I retained a male pup, later named as Jaycroft’s Passionate Intruder, who still holds the record of the most Best of Breeds at All Breeds Dog Shows in Pakistan.He was crowned 21 times Excellent 1 with 5 Championship points and was never beaten by any Dobermann in his 21 outings to the show circuit.Until his death in 2002, he remained a potent force in most of my breeding and sired several litters.
In the decade of 90’s Jaycroft Kennel has bred and owned several other notable studs and champion brood bitches.One of them was IQ Buster who was the son of Lucky of Avidancer x Marbey of Desert Wind.Buster’s great grand father was the ever legendary American Champion MarienBurg’s SunHawk,CD, a twice Best of Breed at the Doberman Pinscher Club of America (DPCA) National Speciality.SunHawk also holds the record of siring 85 American Champions.
Pak. Champion Jaycroft’s Daisy (Jaycroft’s Passionate Intruder x Jaycrofts Asta), has also produced 2 champions in her two litters.
Registered Stud: Kimo vom Outrigers - (Igor del Mediano x Hanna vom Outrigers), a foreign Import, hailing from top German Bloodlines, a grandson of the great World Siegerin Della Baronessa Come As You Are, and International Champion Tahi-Reme Robinson.
